Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, 6+ years in program management or onboarding, and strong MS Office skills. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, onboarding or learning enablement.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office products (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, Excel).
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience supporting onboarding or learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PSC onboarding programs, including curriculum sequencing and certifications.
• Plan learning enablement for product launches and process changes.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management to align onboarding with staffing and capacity.
• Develop and implement learning communications and rollout plans.
• Maintain timelines, ownership, and governance across Learning, Operations and Support teams.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
