Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Manager, Onboarding & Learning Experience to lead PSC onboarding programs across multiple sites including Orlando, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Raleigh, Phoenix, Horsham, and Dallas.

You will own end-to-end onboarding strategy, learning communications, and cross-functional program management, partnering with Workforce Management, Quality, and Compliance to ensure timely, compliant learning delivery and scalable processes. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 6 years of program management/onboarding experience.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, Excel).
• Experience leading cross-functional, complex programs.
• Experience supporting onboarding or learning enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding programs and curriculum sequencing.
• Plan learning enablement for product launches and process changes.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management to align with staffing needs.
• Lead learning communications and governance across PSC.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; report to L&D leadership.
• Travel up to 20% may be required.
