Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support employee learning programs with a primary focus on extended onboarding. You will partner with new employees, managers, business groups, and internal subject-matter experts to ensure consistent support, training, and follow-up throughout the first 90 days and set them up for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 4–5 years in corporate training, onboarding, or talent development.
• Experience facilitating trainings, onboarding sessions, workshops, or group discussions.
• Experience coordinating programs across multiple employees, managers, departments, or locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate extended onboarding program for new employees.
• Schedule and facilitate 10-day check-ins with new hires.
• Coordinate 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins with new employees and leaders.
• Track progress and document onboarding activities.
• Prepare regular onboarding engagement and program effectiveness reports.
