Job summary

Daisy is expanding its AI-native property management platform and seeks a Senior Transition Manager to own the onboarding experience for every new building. You will guide boards through the transition, coordinate with building teams, and ensure go-live with a smooth, repeatable process.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage multiple transitions against firm go-live dates, communicate clearly with clients, and drive improvements across workflows to enhance the Daisy experience from day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, project management, implementation management, or general operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage recurring processes with high motivation and resilience

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding for new buildings, ensuring consistent execution of the switch template.
• Own the daily and weekly cadence of client onboarding and keep each building on track.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties to gather what’s needed and unblock progress
• Attend and lead weekly status meetings, manage escalations, and ensure clean handovers
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the transition
• Own the client experience end-to-end, setting expectations and building trust
• Handle difficult conversations and manage expectations when timelines shift
• Identify broken or missing processes and drive improvements
• Take ownership of additional projects with minimal supervision
