TriNet is seeking a Manager, Transition Strategy to lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality transition services from pre-sale through onboarding to steady-state support. You will translate strategy into operational execution, ensuring alignment between sales commitments, solution design, and onboarding activities.

You will coach Transition Strategy Partners, manage complex engagements, and partner with Sales to scope customer solutions while driving improvements in onboarding

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Typically 5+ years Customer onboarding, implementation, transition services, or related areas.
• Typically 2+ years People leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Transition Strategy Partners, driving performance and goal alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end transition delivery to ensure timely onboarding and outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to ensure accurate scoping and alignment of customer solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track onboarding timelines and quality.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
