Job summary

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. seeks a Transition Liaison to act as the primary Service Experience partner for Financial Professionals during transitions to Cambridge.

You will blend relationship management, operations, and cross-functional coordination to guide offices through onboarding and hand off to ongoing support. You will collaborate across Transition, Operations, Compliance, and technology teams, monitor milestones, and provide clear updates while building trusted relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, operations, onboarding, or related field.
• Strong operational judgment with the ability to manage work accurately while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Experience with case ownership, organization, follow-through and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into next steps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transition environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Service Experience contact for transitioning Financial Professionals and staff.
• Own transition-related inquiries and service cases from intake through resolution with clear updates.
• Complete and coordinate tasks, research requests, review documentation, and track work.
• Partner across Transition, Operations, Compliance, Service Experience, technology, and other teams.
• Monitor milestones, workload, and risks; communicate status and next steps.
• Build trusted relationships through regular check-ins and understanding of office priorities.
• Identify recurring issues and support improvements for future transitions.
• Support a coordinated handoff to the long-term service team with all items understood.
