Accra is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding team for our caregiver workforce, partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure timely hiring. The role emphasizes a high-quality onboarding experience and ongoing process improvement across systems.

Travel within Minnesota will be involved to deploy field teams and support onboarding during agency closures, while delivering hands-on training and maintaining data integrity across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources credentials preferred (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• 2-3 years of experience in a human service or health care related field
• Experience supervising employees and understanding of Program Management.
• Knowledge of services needed by people with disabilities and older adults.
• Customer service mindset with focus on caregiver experience and timely onboarding.
• Process improvement and operational thinking.
• Knowledge of applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding team to deliver efficient, high-quality onboarding experience for caregiver workforce.
• Oversee onboarding operations end-to-end ensuring timely hiring and strong caregiver experience.
• Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement tools.
• Deliver hands-on training for new staff to gain required skills and knowledge.
• Manage onboarding team performance and ensure a responsive onboarding experience.
• Ensure applications are processed in a timely manner to reduce time to hire.
• Develop SOPs for onboarding workflow and assist with program transfers.
