Goodwin is looking for a proactive Specialist in Opportunity, Inclusion & Belonging (OIB) to lead onboarding, integration, and culture-building programs that enhance the employee experience across business services and legal teams, fostering belonging.

You will coordinate initiatives, develop resources, analyze feedback, and partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Learning & Professional Development, and IT to implement scalable, data-driven improvements that support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, projects, or operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and integration experiences for new hires across business services and legal professional populations.
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials, communications, guides, and resources to ensure accuracy and alignment with firm processes.
• Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of OIB programs, initiatives, and communications.
• Prepare polished presentations, briefing materials, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Apply a systems-thinking approach to identify process dependencies and improve workflows across programs.
