Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Specialist for Opportunity, Inclusion & Belonging (OIB) to drive onboarding and integration experiences, support inclusion initiatives, and advance culture-building across a global workforce. You will collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Learning & Professional Development, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable, engaging employee experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
Experience coordinating programs, events, projects, or operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding and integration experiences for new hires across business services and legal professionals.
Develop role-based onboarding journeys and resources to promote engagement and productivity.
Support OIB priorities with communications, materials, and stakeholder collaboration.
Prepare polished presentations and executive summaries for leadership.
Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative activities.
