Job summary

Goodwin’s Global Operations Team is seeking a Specialist, Opportunity, Inclusion & Belonging to advance onboarding, inclusion initiatives, and culture-building across the firm.

You will coordinate onboarding journeys, partner with HR, IT, and Learning to ensure readiness and a consistent experience while leveraging AI-enabled tools to scale engagement and belonging for diverse colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience in OIB/DEIB, employee experience, HR onboarding, or talent development preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and integration experiences for new hires across business services and legal professional populations.
• Develop role-based onboarding journeys, integration plans, and resources for early engagement and productivity.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to ensure onboarding readiness and a consistent employee experience.
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and the employee experience.
