Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Specialist, Opportunity, Inclusion & Belonging (OIB) to enhance onboarding and integration experiences firm-wide. You will design role-based onboarding journeys and collaborate with People Operations, HR, and IT to deliver scalable programs that foster belonging.

As part of the GO Team, you will drive data-informed improvements, track milestones, and support stakeholder communications while maintaining high-quality execution across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, projects, or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding & integration experiences for new hires across services and legal professionals.
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials, guides, and resources to ensure accuracy and alignment with firm processes.
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding workflows, templates, and processes through feedback and data.
• Prepare polished presentations and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage admin tasks to support the OIB team and related programs.
