Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Specialist, Opportunity, Inclusion & Belonging (OIB) to advance our employee experience through onboarding programs, inclusion initiatives, and culture-building efforts. You will collaborate across People Operations, HR, and IT to design and optimize onboarding journeys and related resources.

The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven improvements to ensure a scalable, inclusive experience for new hires and teammates globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience in OIB, DEIB, employee experience, onboarding, or talent development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and integration programs for new hires across business services and legal staff.
• Support 4 Inclusion Network leadership teams with meetings, materials and communications.
• Prepare polished presentations and executive summaries for leadership.
• Promote systems-thinking approaches to improve workflows and experience across programs.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the OIB team.
