Job summary

Rev.io in Atlanta, GA seeks an Onboarding Consultant I to guide client implementations from kickoff to activation. You will manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality configuration and training.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in SaaS implementation, client onboarding or related client-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear language.

Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding projects from kickoff through activation.
• Lead client meetings, communicate milestones, risks and next steps.
• Develop and maintain client-facing project plans weekly.
• Coordinate internal and client resources to meet timelines.
• Maintain project docs: charters, activation checklists, change orders.
• Identify risks early and elevate as needed.
