Job summary

Revver is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to go-live. You will act as project manager and implementation specialist, managing relationships, driving delivery, configuring the Revver platform, and ensuring successful adoption.

The ideal candidate combines project management with technical aptitude and strong communication skills to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

3+ years in implementation, onboarding, project management, or similar customer-facing role.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on time and within scope.
Strong business process advisory skills to map workflows to the platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and admins.
Experience managing scope, risk, and timelines across stakeholders.
Data-informed with milestone and adoption tracking.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead kickoff and discovery to translate customer goals into a project plan.
Own the implementation timeline and coordinate internal and customer resources.
Configure the platform including workflows, permissions, metadata, and integrations.
Advise on document management and workflow best practices for efficiency.
Train admins and users to drive adoption at go-live.
Maintain stakeholder communications and set clear expectations.
Introduce AI features where relevant to customer value.
Handoff to Customer Success with complete documentation.
