Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in SaaS or consulting.
• Some exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working across technical and non-technical workstreams with guidance.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with urgency to complete tasks.
• Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings; manage agendas and action items.
• Translate business needs into Brex configurations with guidance.
• Maintain timelines and deliverables across implementations.
• Assist with spend migrations and user adoption during deployment.
• Introduce integration concepts and coordinate with Technical Consultants.
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM; document continuity.
• Deliver change management templates and lead training with supervision.
• Collaborate within Implementation team and suggest process improvements.
