Brex is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to join its Commercial team in Seattle. You will guide onboarding for small to mid-sized customers, translating business needs into product configurations and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth go-lives.

The role blends customer empathy with project management and technical know-how, with a hybrid work setup that requires three days in the office per week and potential remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably SaaS or SaaS services consulting.
• Some exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical workstreams with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, manage agendas, capture notes, and track action items.
• Help customers understand needs and configure Brex to address them with product guidance.
• Manage stakeholder communication and assist with timelines and deliverables.
• Assist with spend migrations and end user adoption during deployment.
• Introduce integration concepts and coordinate with Technical Consultants for complex needs.
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM with basic documentation.
• Deliver change management templates and lead training sessions as needed.
• Collaborate within the Implementation team and provide process-improvement feedback.
