Job summary

Brex Inc. in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a Technical Consultant I to own the integration of customer systems from kickoff to go-live. You will translate business requirements into effective configurations and guide customers toward successful implementations.

You will lead technical calls, create training materials, and share insights with Product and Engineering teams to improve our integrations. This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration with optional remote time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role implementing or configuring accounting systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into product configurations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration for customer systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks).
• Lead project meetings and set clear expectations with customers.
• Create or refine training materials and Help Center content.
• Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Share project learnings to improve internal processes.
