Job summary

Brex in San Francisco is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to guide small to mid-sized customers through onboarding on Brex Empower. You’ll gain product knowledge, sharpen project management skills, and build a foundation for a career in implementation consulting.

This hybrid role requires coordinating three in-office days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu) with remote work options. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth go-live and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role in SaaS or consulting
• Some exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work
• Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency to drive tasks to completion
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings by managing agendas, notes, action items, and expectations throughout implementation
• Translate basic customer requirements into product configurations with guidance
• Manage stakeholder communication and assist with timelines and deliverables to keep implementations on track
• Assist with spend migrations and support user adoption during deployment for go-live readiness
• Introduce integration concepts and connect Brex with external systems with guidance
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM, providing basic documentation for continuity
• Deliver standard change management templates and lead training sessions with supervision as needed
• Collaborate within the Implementation team and provide feedback on the client experience to improve processes
