Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet SLAs.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to apply a risk-based approach to decisions and resolutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding from pre-employment through post-hire.
• Oversee daily I-9 activity and ensure federal timelines compliance.
• Manage caseloads in the Case Management System and meet SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate parties as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, regulations, and risk-based processes.
• Support audits, documentation reviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Protect sensitive information with high confidentiality standards.
• Use Workday and ServiceNow to manage onboarding workflows and documentation.
• Deliver high-quality, proactive communication throughout onboarding and I-9 processes.
