Job summary

Dexian is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Minneapolis, MN for a 6-month contract. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, including I-9 activities, documentation review, and case management with strict SLAs.

The role involves collaborating with HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow to streamline tasks, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a high-quality employee experience. You will support new hires and managers with guidance, ensure federal compliance, and handle inquiries

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, compliance, or admin support.
• Hands-on knowledge of Form I-9 processes and employment eligibility documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding from pre-employment to post-hire.
• Perform daily I-9 activities and ensure federal compliance.
• Handle multiple cases through a Case Management System with SLAs.
• Respond to onboarding and I-9 inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow for tasks.
• Protect confidential information and follow company policies.
• Deliver clear, timely, professional communication to hires and managers.
