Job summary

Matrix Service Co. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Craft Onboarding Associate to maintain HR data accuracy and support onboarding for craft employees. The role centers on entering and updating records in the HRIS and coordinating pre-employment activities across large groups.

The position requires 2+ years of data-entry/administrative experience and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years office/administrative support experience with high-volume data entry.
• Experience in an HR shared services environment preferred.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; HRIS experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data in the HR system for applicants, new hires, and employee updates; ensure data quality.
• Support onboarding activities for craft employees, including preboarding requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate substance abuse testing, background checks, medical evaluations, and other pre-employment tasks.
• Assist with HRIS testing and troubleshooting; respond to HR system inquiries from internal customers.
• Support HR projects and special assignments as requested.
