Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations in Kennesaw.
• Be the first point of contact for routine employee questions and escalations.
• Coordinate new-hire activities: documentation, system access, orientation, and internal communications.
• Coordinate offboarding, documentation, system updates, benefit notices, and equipment follow-up.
