Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking a Craft Onboarding Associate in Tulsa, OK to maintain HR data, support onboarding for craft employees, and assist with background checks and medical testing. You will ensure data accuracy in the HRIS and respond to internal inquiries.

The role requires 2+ years in office/administrative support, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and confidentiality. Overtime, weekends, and evenings may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years office/administrative support experience, including data entry
• Prior experience in an HR shared services environment preferred
• Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook; HRIS experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy a must
• Ability to prioritize work, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality a must
• Overtime availability, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data in the HR system for applicants, new hires, changes and terminations with high data quality
• Coordinate onboarding activities for craft employees, including testing and background checks
• Conduct internal audits to ensure data accuracy in the HRIS
• Respond to HRIS-related inquiries from internal customers
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting of HRIS modules
• Help with HR special projects as requested
• Support operations and HR with tracking and coordinating onboarding
• Perform other responsibilities as directed
