Perdue Foods is seeking an Employment Processing Administrator to ensure accurate associate data, support onboarding, and assist with benefits and orientation. You will partner with facilities to maintain records, run HR reports, and respond to questions from associates.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data integrity, and timely processing in a fast-paced environment. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime and an annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 3-5 years relevant work experience in office management, employee data, or other HR position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department reports and associate data in Perdue’s HR system and electronic files.
• Conduct new hire orientation in-person and remotely to meet requirements and laws.
• Serve as first point of contact for associates regarding benefits, PTO, and other questions.
• Track attendance and verify data in HR systems, preparing reports for management.
• Coordinate with Staffing Recruiter to ensure new hire paperwork is complete for orientation.
• Enter accurate termination details in the HR database.
• Ensure compliance with the Hiring Manual and data policies.
• Perform audits and generate reports to support decision making.
