Job summary

Perdue Foods in the United States is seeking an HR Administrator to partner with the Recruitment team to support daily and weekly hiring goals, while delivering new hire orientations and benefits meetings. You’ll assist with translations, greet visitors, schedule interviews, and complete HR system training (SuccessFactors, ADP, DNA).

This is a hands-on role that helps keep our workforce moving forward. High school diploma is preferred, bilingual in Creole or Spanish is a plus, and at least 6

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of HR onboarding processes.
• Ability to coordinate interviews and orientations.
• Experience in benefits meetings and newcomer integration.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate / conduct new hire orientation in various languages.
• Conduct Safety Presentations when needed.
• Meet / Greet visitors in the lobby.
• Assist with benefits meetings.
• Aid with translation.
• Document daily call outs on call in log.
• Interview applicants, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, prepare / extend offers, etc.
• Complete necessary system training including SuccessFactors, ADP, DNA.
• Prepare / create IDs for associates.
• Process documentation, scanning, and filing of office paperwork.
