Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting or revenue-related roles.
• Detail-oriented with accurate financial data handling.
• Strong multi-location coordination and time management.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience with ERP/accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily revenue and accounts receivable transactions.
• Post and apply cash, checks, and card payments.
• Reconcile daily banking and cash activity; research discrepancies.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and deposit variances.
• Manage workflow in a shared accounting inbox and respond to requests.
• Prepare banking, revenue, and transaction documentation for Staff Accountant.
• Review credit card chargebacks and follow up as needed.
• Prepare deposits and related journal entries.
• Assist with data gathering for financial schedules and reports.
• Provide backup support for other accounting tasks and processes.
• Adhere to accounting policies and internal controls.
• Deliver responsive service to colleagues and veterinary practices.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
