Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a New Hire Experience Program Coordinator in New York to drive end-to-end onboarding for new employees and ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Technology, Licensing & Registrations, Compliance, and HR teams to welcome, prepare, and connect new hires during their first months. The role emphasizes organization, customer service, and proactive program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Employee Experience, Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, Learning & Development, Event Coordination, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, with comfort adopting and utilizing AI-powered solutions to streamline processes and improve the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Employee Experience team lead to coordinate the end-to-end onboarding activities from offer acceptance through the first 90 days of employment.
• Support pre-start activities, including welcome communications and introductory calls, onboarding schedules, and new hire preparation.
• Assist with Day 1 readiness, including technology setup coordination, access requests, welcome materials, and orientation logistics.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and connecting them with appropriate resources.
• Coordinate new hire orientation sessions, welcome events, and onboarding programs.
• Track onboarding progress and elevate issues that may impact the new hire experience.
• Help develop initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion, and a sense of belonging for new hires.
• Assist with special projects related to employee experience, onboarding, and culture initiatives.
