Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a New Hire Experience Program Coordinator to support end-to-end onboarding and integration for new employees.

The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Technology, Compliance, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and connected from offer acceptance through the first months. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in Employee Experience, HR, Recruiting coordination, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Teams, with AI-powered solutions experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Employee Experience team lead to coordinate onboarding activities through 90 days.
• Support pre-start activities, welcome communications, and onboarding schedules.
• Assist with Day 1 readiness, including technology setup and orientation logistics.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires and resource connector.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions, welcome events, and programs.
• Track onboarding progress and elevate potential issues.
• Help develop initiatives for engagement, inclusion, and belonging.
• Assist with special projects related to onboarding and culture.
