Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring an Employee Experience Specialist to support nationwide onboarding. You will coordinate pre-hire steps, manage background checks, and serve as a helpful resource for new hires throughout the onboarding journey.

You will maintain records in Workday and HR systems, partner with hiring leaders and recruiters, and help improve onboarding processes by identifying gaps and reporting metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, onboarding or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS; Workday experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete new hire onboarding in Workday.
• Manage pre-employment screening requirements (background checks, MVRs, drug screens).
• Monitor onboarding and follow up on outstanding items for first-day readiness.
• Serve as a resource for new hires and respond to onboarding questions.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and HR systems.
• Collaborate with recruiting, People Operations, and hiring leaders.
• Track onboarding metrics and provide reporting.
