Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support HR Shared Services and recruitment teams in coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and onboarding tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally at all levels.
• Proven project management and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding operations for new hires.
• Conduct onboarding consultations with new hires and address role-specific requirements.
• Develop, manage, and refine onboarding documentation and templates.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers before start dates and onboarding best practices.
• Oversee background checks, credential validations, and pre-employment requirements.
• Audit onboarding documentation for compliance with policy and regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for new hires during onboarding lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding workflows within HRIS, ATS, and screening platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding tech and efficiency.
• Train HR and TA team members on onboarding procedures.
• Support policy development for onboarding and related processes.
