In this hybrid role, you collect details, document environments for the help desk, NOC, engineers and vCIO, and identify urgent gaps. You coordinate onboarding tasks and write first-month findings for roadmap planning.

Qualifications

• Documentation of technical environments and coordination of multiple people to complete onboarding.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint management, networking and backups.
• Ability to raise gaps without alarming the client or coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify access, licensing, vendor, network, endpoint, server, backup and Microsoft 365 details for new clients.
• Document environments so help desk, NOC, engineers and vCIO work from reliable information.
• Identify urgent gaps in MFA, backups, admin access, endpoint coverage, patching and firewall ownership.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks, client communication and handoffs.
• Write up first-month findings for standards work and roadmap planning.
