Job summary

Navanta is seeking a technically skilled engineer to join our Service Delivery Team, providing intermediate to advanced support, installation, and maintenance for Navanta clients. You will act as an escalation point for analysts and contribute to mentorship and team development within a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes client-facing project management, documentation, and knowledge sharing, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and participate in continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a technical support environment.
• Relevant intermediate certifications or equivalent demonstrated experience preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client support and project management responsibilities.
• Serve as escalation point for Analysts; provide guidance and document complex resolutions.
• Coordinate project implementations including scheduling, vendor coordination, and quality oversight.
• Advise clients on configuration best practices and emerging technologies.
• Mentor Analysts and contribute to their technical development through Navanta Mentorship Program.
