Job summary

Horizon3 is hiring a Customer Onboarding Engineer to own the first 30 days for new customers, taking them from sales handoff to production deployment of the NodeZero platform. This role requires depth in cloud, Linux, containers, identity, and security, with time-boxed onboarding responsibilities.

You will diagnose hard problems, perform root‑cause analysis, and create knowledge artifacts for the Support team while potentially assisting with standard support cases when bandwidth allows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, systems administration, cloud operations, or implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding of new customers and drive 30‑day deployment plans.
• Diagnose and resolve cloud, networking, and security issues during onboarding.
• Produce knowledge base content and assist support as needed.
• Collaborate with CS, Engineering, Product, and Sales to unblock enterprise onboarding.
