Job summary

Millipore Corporation in St. Louis, MO seeks an Onboarding & Digital Experience Expert (Workflow) to accelerate adoption of our digital self-service platforms.

You will guide customers through onboarding, enable account setup, and develop scalable educational resources. You will liaise with Product Screening, CMMG, and Sales to resolve questions, deploy onboarding plays, and monitor activation lift and adoption trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years in customer support, customer success, onboarding or eCommerce/digital support.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding—account setup, digital activation, and early-journey support.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams (Product Screening, CMMG, Sales) to resolve questions and streamline setup.
• Deploy onboarding/growth plays and monitor their effectiveness (activation lift, downstream behavior), recommending data-driven improvements.
• Create and maintain customer-facing digital onboarding content, including webinars, user guides, and step-by-step resources.
• Deliver internal enablement sessions to CS, TS, Sales, and other partners to strengthen onboarding consistency.
