Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking an Onboarding & Digital Experience Expert (Workflow) to accelerate customer adoption of our digital self-service platforms. You will guide onboarding journeys, enable account setup, and deliver scalable educational resources to customers.

Collaborating with Product Screening, CMMG, Sales and other teams, you will monitor activation lift, drive data-driven improvements, and create webinars and guides. This role emphasizes process excellence and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences, or related field.
• 2+ years in customer support, customer success, onboarding or eCommerce/digital support.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding including account setup and activation.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve questions and streamline setup.
• Deploy onboarding plays and monitor activation lift and downstream behavior.
• Create and maintain customer-facing digital onboarding content and deliver enablement sessions.
• Identify process improvements and monitor onboarding performance using data.
