Job summary

1Valet in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Success Specialist (Onboarding) to guide new customers through the onboarding journey, help them configure the platform, and realize early value from our smart building software.

You will train customers, answer questions, track progress in CRM, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure smooth handoffs and renewals. A customer-focused, organized communicator will thrive in our fast-paced, remote-friendly team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
• Experience as a property manager or in a prop tech/security software company
• Familiarity with Google Suite and CX/CRM software
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding from kickoff to platform adoption
• Conduct onboarding calls, product walkthroughs, and training
• Help customers configure the platform to meet goals
• Be primary contact for onboarding questions and support
• Track onboarding progress in CRM or CS tools
• Identify risks and address them proactively
• Collect feedback and share with Product and CS leadership
• Collaborate with Sales for smooth handoffs and expectations
• Create or maintain onboarding guides and resources
• Manage a book of pre-existing 1VALET clients for upsells/renewals/cross-sells
• Build relationships with accounts through open communication
• Align CS with marketing on new features and communications
