Job summary

Nbound Inc. helps home service companies move from scattered tools to one operating system. You will guide onboarding, learn how each business works, and bring the lessons back into the product.

You will lead new customers through setup, data migration, and adoption, and learn HVAC, plumbing, electrical workflows first-hand. Join a team that connects calls, schedules, customer records, forms, inventory, and payments, turning questions into feedback for product improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementation, customer success, operations, or field service.
• Strong communication and the ability to make complex processes understandable.
• A bias toward solving the customer’s actual problem, not just closing a ticket.
• Comfort working closely with product and engineering in an early company.

Responsibilities

• Lead new customers through setup, data migration, and adoption.
• Learn the workflows of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other service businesses firsthand.
• Help teams connect calls, schedules, customer records, forms, inventory, and payments.
• Turn customer questions and friction into clear product feedback.
• Build the playbook for helping customers get value quickly and keep growing with nbounds.
