Job summary

SalesDraft is seeking an Account Manager on the Customer Success Team in Lindon, Utah. In this entry-level role, you will be one of the first touchpoints after clients sign on, guiding them through onboarding and ensuring they start using the platform confidently.

You'll lead onboarding calls, coordinate with internal teams, and help clients maximize value. A path to quarterly bonuses for renewals is available as you grow with our fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, recruiting, or client-facing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology.
• Experience with SaaS, recruiting, or CRM platforms is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation calls with new clients.
• Walk customers through setting up their SalesDraft account.
• Clearly explain our platform, features, and onboarding process.
• Gather required information from clients to ensure a smooth launch.
• Build strong relationships and provide a welcoming first experience and ongoing support.
• Coordinate internally with our Customer Success and Operations teams.
• Document customer interactions and onboarding progress.
• Identify customer needs and proactively solve problems.
• Continuously learn our platform and help improve the onboarding experience.
