• Ensure accuracy of credentials, licenses, and compliance data for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Conduct background screenings and primary source verifications as required.
• Maintain personnel records and input data into required systems (e.g., ADP, HHAeXchange).
• Coordinate with internal departments to track onboarding status and meet start-date metrics.
