Job summary

Amergis seeks a Compliance Manager to lead and support Credentialing Specialists in ensuring all contingent workers meet Customer, Sunburst, and industry requirements. This role collaborates with Credentialing, Talent Acquisition, and Program Management to enforce compliance across active accounts.

Based in Phoenix, AZ, the role drives pre-assignment checks, credential monitoring, annual reviews, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in healthcare terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Credentialing Specialists and Program Management to enforce all compliance requirements for all active accounts.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition and Program Management to identify, screen and hire Credentialing Specialist roles.
• Supports Credentialing Specialists with training and continuing education.
• Ensures Credentialing Specialists track and monitor all pre-assignment and contract-specific requirements.
• Executes audit plan to ensure contractors are fully credentialed as a QA measure.
