Child & Family Services, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding & Credentialing Coordinator to support HR with onboarding, credentialing and training processes in a full-time role in Massachusetts.
You will manage paperwork, offers, background checks and new hire orientation, while ensuring compliance and accuracy across Credentialing activities. The role requires a degree (Bachelor's preferred or Associate's in HR/Business Admin) and 2–3 years HR experience, with strong Excel and HRIS skills.
Salary Range
$24.00 - $26.00 Hourly

The Onboarding & Credentialing Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by coordinating employee onboarding, credentialing, and training-related processes that help new and current employees feel prepared, informed, and supported in their roles. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and 2-3 years of Human Resources experience is required. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and HRIS software, Paycom experience is desirable. Excellent attention to detail and data entry experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience working in an organization with multiple locations. Health care credentialing experience is highly desirable.
