Job summary

Child & Family Services Inc is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to maintain and secure computer systems, troubleshoot outages, and support users. You will install software, manage servers, and work on on-going IT projects while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity.

The role includes on-call responsibilities, vendor coordination, and documentation to support a reliable IT environment for the organization.

Qualifications

  • BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; high school diploma required
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or security analyst roles
  • Strong understanding of WAN/LAN topologies and system security concepts
  • Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and data backup/recovery procedures

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate computer systems and networks for reliability
  • Troubleshoot system outages and respond to help desk escalations
  • Install and upgrade software and server components; manage virtualization
  • Provide documentation and technical specs for deployments
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and security of IT infrastructure
  • Participate in on-call rotation and assist with IT projects
  • Coordinate with vendors for product support and maintenance
  • Assist in backups, recovery planning, and disaster recovery testing

SummaryThe IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for researching, developing, implementing, and maintaining software, systems, applications, security, and network configurations. This individual will respond to escalated requests from help desk, troubleshoot, and provide technical support and guidance to users as well as assist in the completion of on-going IT projects. The IT Systems Analyst will aide in the support for system backups and recovery, install patches, updates, and upgrades. This position will perform on-call duties on a recurring basis as part of the operations team.
