SummaryThe IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for researching, developing, implementing, and maintaining software, systems, applications, security, and network configurations. This individual will respond to escalated requests from help desk, troubleshoot, and provide technical support and guidance to users as well as assist in the completion of on-going IT projects. The IT Systems Analyst will aide in the support for system backups and recovery, install patches, updates, and upgrades. This position will perform on-call duties on a recurring basis as part of the operations team.
