Job summary

Network Cabling Services, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Training and Development Coordinator to support our HR team with onboarding, security badging, compliance, and follow-up activities.

This role ensures employees receive credentials to work on secure job sites, including schools, airports, hospitals, and other restricted facilities. Key duties include coordinating badging, processing security clearances, collecting and maintaining onboarding documents, and ensuring new hires are complete and

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software systems.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee badging and credentialing processes.
• Process and track security clearances for controlled facilities.
• Collect, review, and maintain onboarding and compliance documentation.
• Ensure new hire documentation is complete and compliant before start date.
• Schedule and conduct 30/60/90-day follow-ups to support onboarding and retention.
• Monitor expiration dates and coordinate renewals for badges and certifications.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and tracking systems.
• Provide HR administrative support and professional communication with stakeholders.
