Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in HR, business, education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of training/onboarding/HR support experience.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.
• Coordinate mandatory compliance training and monitor completion.
• Support leadership development and cross-functional training initiatives.
• Track training metrics and maintain records.
• Prepare training materials and ensure resources are accessible.
