James Hardie is seeking an Onboarding Training Coordinator to manage onboarding, compliance, and leadership training programs. You will partner with HR and Operations Training to ensure a smooth new-hire experience and effective cross-functional learning.
The role requires strong facilitation, organization, and knowledge of adult learning principles, with duties spanning program delivery, records maintenance, and training material development.
Hours: 8AM to 4PM
Position Summary: The Onboarding Training Coordinator is responsible for managing and delivering all orientation, onboarding, compliance, and leadership training programs. This role ensures a seamless transition for new hires, aligns training initiatives with company standards, and provides support for HR-driven development programs. The Onboarding Training Coordinator collaborates with the Operations Training Manager and other stakeholders to maintain flexibility in supporting operational training needs as required. This position reports to the HR Director.
