Harvey is seeking a People Operations Coordinator, Onboarding in New York to run onboarding logistics for new hires, coordinate schedules, and ensure a welcoming first day. You will work with People Operations and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve materials as the program scales.

The role requires 1–3+ years in HR or related operations, familiarity with Workday, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset in a fast-paced startup environment.

Competenze

• 1–3+ years in HR, People Operations, onboarding, event management, or related operations
• Experience with an HRIS (Workday strongly preferred)
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through

Mansioni

• Facilitate in-person onboarding for New York–based cohorts and ensure new hires feel welcomed
• Own onboarding logistics end-to-end: filing, schedules, decks, calendar invites
• Process new hires accurately across systems with impact on Payroll, Benefits, IT
• Support pre-employment and compliance processes across global regions
• Create and maintain onboarding materials and ensure content stays accurate
• Manage onboarding communications and automation to improve the program at scale
