Harvey is building a generational platform for professional services and is hiring a People Operations Coordinator, Onboarding in New York. You will own end-to-end onboarding logistics, pre-employment processes, and cross-functional coordination with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Legal.

You’ll partner with a fast-growing People team to ensure new hires begin with a welcoming, organized, and seamless experience, while helping scale materials and processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in HR, People Operations, onboarding, event management, or related operations.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred); onboarding workflow familiarity is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person onboarding for New York–based new hires, ensuring a welcoming first day.
• Own onboarding logistics end-to-end: filing, schedules, decks, and calendar invites.
• Process new hires across systems with attention to downstream payroll and IT impact.
• Support pre-employment and compliance processes across global regions.
• Create and maintain onboarding materials and update as programs evolve.
• Manage new hire communications and onboarding automations and collect feedback.
