Job summary

Maverick Payments in Houston is seeking a Boarding Representative II to onboard new accounts, activate them, and ensure quality control for merchant accounts. You will review daily onboarding tasks, verify application data, and synchronize records across systems to complete onboarding promptly.

Onsite roles in the Greater Houston or Los Angeles areas offer a collaborative environment with 1–2 years in merchant processing, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fast data entry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience working with software user interfaces within the merchant processing field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to navigate multiple system interfaces to key application information efficiently.
• Typing speed of 40+ wpm.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing daily onboarding queue for account onboarding.
• Reviewing application, pricing, and approval parameters to ensure record completion.
• Keying and synchronizing account data as required to ensure onboarding is accurately completed promptly.
• Communicate with partners and staff members as needed for additional information.
• Data entry for corrections, action items and additional step requests.
