Brightline Trains LLC is seeking a Train Attendant to support onboard service and guest experience on our trains in Florida. You will assist Guests with seating, provide food and beverage service, and ensure safety and comfort throughout the journey.

Responsibilities include handling guest concerns, coordinating cart movements, and delivering announcements. A strong emphasis on customer interaction, safety, and teamwork is required for success in this role.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in guest service, sales, or food & beverage service.
• Ability to work any shift, weekends and holidays based on train schedules.
• Must complete Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Guests in locating seats and escort them; help with baggage as feasible.
• Provide food and beverage service onboard the train and upsell via QR orders or cart service.
• Know all food and beverage menu offerings and prepare drinks and snacks.
• Handle escalated Guest concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance on the train; assist with service carts.
