Job summary

City Cruises US seeks a Server Assistant to support servers aboard a Coast Guard-inspected passenger vessel. You will assist with delivering and clearing food and beverages while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be available for nights, weekends and holidays, and have prior restaurant experience. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on a moving vessel.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum state age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests.
• Clear dishes and assist galley operations.
• Stack and transport dirty dishes to cleaning areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and service stations.
• Set up and break down dining rooms and service stations as required.
• Provide menu and cruise information to guests.
• Assist with greeting and seating guests when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
